For each lawn that we lay, we take time to and remove the old lawn before cultivating the soil and bringing in top soil where necessary. The one thing that we do emphasise is the importance of regular maintenance of your new lawn. Your lawn will need watering for at least a month after laying so for the following month in order to allow your lawn to establish.
